SPECIFICATION

1. WRIST BAND : Conductive Strap sew onto the Velcro Band

2. COILDED CORD : PU(Polyurethene) cable. Straight cord 8ft

3. OUTER DIAMETER : 2.5 +/-0.1 MM

4. RESISTOR :  1 Meg Ohm ¼ watt (Crimped and soldered on top of the socket) +/-2%

5. INSULATION : Polyurethene

6. BANANA PLUG/SNAP BASE HOUSING : Moulded with strain relief and cord restrain

7. FEMALE SNAP : 4mm

PROCEDURE

TESTING

1. PULL FORCE TEST
   Use the push-pull gauge pull the button from wrist strap. Pull force require to remove shown on the gauge as below :

   5	1.5kg

   
   Required Spec : 1lb -  5lb (0.45 – 2.25kg)

2. CONDUCTIVITY TEST
   Connect the both ends of the cable to the multimeter. Reading shown as below :

3. STRETCH TEST
   a. Speed  30 times per minute
   b. 10 000 times stretching
