Lightweight, wear resistant body
The cutter body
is made of a high strength aluminium alloy and coated with an extremely
wear resistant coating. The lightweight body allows for higher speeds,
and the positive pocket geometry reduces cutting forces and power
requirements significantly.
High performance inserts
The PCD inserts are
available in several grades with very high toughness and wear
resistance. The inserts are manufactured to the highest standards,
providing excellent edge quality, which results in very high and
consistent performance.
