Content:

• Active Ingredient: Erythromycin Ethylsuccinate (equivalent to Erythromycin 400mg per 5ml)
• Presentation: White to off-white homogeneous suspension with a banana flavor when reconstituted

• Upper and lower respiratory tract infections
• Pertussis (whooping cough)
• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Otitis media (middle ear infection)
• Erythrasma (skin disease)
• Listeriosis
• Diphtheria
• Primary syphilis (sexually transmitted infection)
• Prophylaxis of endocarditis (infection of the heart)

• Dosage for Adults: The usual dose is 250-500 mg (31.25-62.5 ml) every 6 hours. The dosage may be increased up to 4 g per day depending on the severity of the infection.
• Dosage for Children:
  • Children 2 to 8 years: 30-50 mg/kg daily in divided doses. Double the dose in severe infections.
  • Children under 2 years: Dosage should be determined by a doctor.
• Administration: Shake well before use. Take with food to reduce stomach upset.
• Precautions: Inform your doctor if you have liver disease, are allergic to any of the ingredients, or are taking other medications.
