Clotrimazole
Indication
Infections of genital region (vaginitis) caused by fungi (usually Candida) & superinfections caused by Clotrimoxazole-sensitive bacteria.
Instruction
One 100-mg vag tab in the evening for 6 consecutive days. Alternatively, two 100-mg vag tab for 3 consecutive nights; or single dose of 500-mg vag tab.
Drug interaction
Tacrolimus.
