3WIRE SP12CH
SP12CH Single Phase 12 Channels Smart Meter
The 3WIRE SP12CH is a single-phase 12-channel smart energy meter designed to measure 12 different loads from one compact DIN rail meter. It is a practical 12-in-1 metering solution for tenant metering, branch-circuit monitoring, lighting circuits, small power circuits, distribution boards and multi-load energy monitoring applications.
The SP12CH is supplied with 100A split-core clip-on CTs, supports Modbus RTU through RS485, provides infrared reading, active pulse output, event alarms, data freeze records and per-channel electrical measurements including voltage, current, frequency, power factor, active power, reactive power, apparent power and active energy.

Product Description
The SP12CH is designed to reduce the cost and space required for multi-circuit energy monitoring. Instead of installing 12 separate single-phase meters, one SP12CH can monitor 12 individual loads using independent metering channels and split-core CTs.
Each channel has its own high-precision energy metering chip to improve measurement reliability. The meter supports 4-quadrant energy measurement, allowing each channel to measure both import and export energy with net energy calculation.
Best use case: SP12CH is suitable for retrofit branch-circuit metering where many single-phase loads must be monitored through one compact RS485 Modbus meter.

Typical SP12CH System Architecture
SP12CH meters can be installed in distribution boards to monitor up to 12 single-phase circuits. Data is collected through RS485 Modbus RTU and can be connected to a gateway, BMS, EMS, SCADA or IoTWatt 4.0 platform for central dashboards, tenant metering, energy reports and load analysis.
