This is made of mung bean flour usually wrapped in a paper tube. However, in recent years, it had changed to plastic tubes. This illustration is the most basic type of Hoen Kwe. The mung bean flour can be used in the making of Pandan Layered cake , or sweet corn Hoen Kwe and can be used any mold to make them into your desired shape.
