Workshop Features:

✨ Take home your own baked creations, along with the knowledge to keep baking confidently

Bring home :
1 baked mini tray focaccia
1 sourdough bread  dough( to be baked) 
1 mini jar of starter
1 fruit wild yeast
1 full recipe of sourdough bread, focaccia, baker ratio.
1 block of Lurpark butter
1 dough whisk
whats app support group with instructor guidance 

 
Sourdough bread and focaccia tasting + coffee
Things to bring: 
1  1 x A4 size transparent plastic container.
2. 1 x small jar ( 3 oz) , sterilised clean and dry jar for starter during workshop.


New Terms:
  • Fee paid is not refundable: there will be no postponing of participation, seat replacement is however allowed for the workshop on that particular day.
