ULTRACUT® 560 is a pale coloured extreme pressure neat cutting oil formulated from severely refined mineral oil, lubricity additives and non-chlorinated EP performance additives. ULTRACUT® 560 provides excellent cutting performance and improves tool life.
ULTRACUT® 560 is suitable for a wide range of applications on automatic and multi-tool lathes even when machining high tensile steels. It is also suitable for specialised operations such as production thread grinding, broaching, hobbing and multi-cutter milling set-ups. It is not suitable for use on copper or copper based alloys.
