SOLO - Vertical Rewinding labelling machine is ideal for 'add-on' application, a simple combination of latest technology by utilizing stepper motor and programmable logic controll (PLC) system for easy operation and its durability quality and is proven. It's 100% made in malaysia with utilization of japan branded components.

Functions:

Re-positioning of holograms, security labels, promotional labels, barcodes, and price tags on existing label rolls.
Label counter with preset capabilities.
Label verification to detect missing labels.
Pre-rewinding function.

Standard Features:

1. The HMI system offers a user-friendly interface for adjusting labelling speed, label length, label counter, alarm monitoring, and label positioning through a visual delay timer setting on the touchscreen.
2. Label positioning can be mechanically adjusted along the X and Z axes via the applicator head, while the Y-axis is precisely adjustable through a delay timer on the screen (up to 0.000001 seconds).
3. Counter production.
4. Robust Frames and structures constructed from aliminum, s. steel and galcanized.
