Overview

The UNICOMP UNX4015-N X-Ray Inspection System is designed for automatic, non-destructive inspection of small and medium-sized packaged or bagged food products.

Using X-ray imaging and intelligent detection algorithms, the system can identify high-density foreign contaminants and selected product abnormalities while products travel continuously along the conveyor. It is suitable for ready-to-eat food, frozen products, fruits and vegetables, snack foods and other packaged products.

The UNX4015-N combines a high-resolution X-ray detector, AI deep-learning algorithms, food-grade conveyor materials, configurable reject systems and production-data analysis functions. Its inspection channel measures 400 × 150 mm, supporting boxed and bagged products weighing up to 10 kg.
