MACHINE PRINCIPLES 机器原理
This automatic welding machine is composed of material rack, flange rolling and forming mechanism, butt welding mechanism, welding controller, slag cleaning mechanism, clamping device, transport rack mechanism, unloading rack mechanism, clamping and stamping device, leveling device, gas supply component, water cooler device and other devices.
Flange assembly line production process:
1. Start the device and enter standby mode.
2. Start - Steel strip coil making into a circle (the process can be punched according to the setting) - Cut after coil forming - Clamp and cut the workpiece by the clamping device - Transport to the welding station for welding - Transport to the slag cleaning station for slag cleaning - Transport to the straightening station for leveling - Clamping device grabs the workpiece - Transport to the finished product unloading area for stacking and stamping - Equipment returns to the original point - Repeat the above process.
3. This equipment achieves automatic rolling, punching, and forming integration, including automatic production line for welding and scraping slag. Backend coding device achieves stacking effect.
4. This machine uses a spring machine control system, which is easy to operate and has full servo wire feeding and precise material grabbing.
本自动焊机由料架、法兰卷圆成型机构、对焊机构、焊接控制器、清渣机构、夹料装置、搬运架机构、7料架机构、夹料码跺装置、矫平装置、供气组件、水冷机装置等组成。
法兰流水线生产过程:
1. 启动设备,进入待机状态。
2. 启动-- 钢带卷制成圈(卷的过程可以按设定冲制孔)-- 卷成圈后切断-- 夹料装置夹紧切断的工件-- 搬运到焊接工位焊接-- 搬运到清渣工位清渣--搬运到矫直工位矫平-- 夹料装置抓取工件-- 搬运到成品7料区层叠码跺好-- 设备回原点-- 重复以上流程。
3. 本设备实现自动卷圆冲孔成型一体,含焊接刮渣自动化流水线生产。 后端码料装置实现层叠效果。
4. 本机使用弹簧机控制系统, 操作简单全伺服送线及全伺服抓料精准。
