Located in Taman Serindit, Kulim, Kedah, this dream kitchen was meticulously crafted for Ms. Syazana by our consultant Ms. Paris Cheng from the Carte Kitchen Bukit Mertajam branch — bringing together modern design, smart storage, and elegant detailing.

A Contemporary Space with Character

This kitchen embraces a modern contemporary concept, featuring an L-shaped layout with a spacious island at the centre.

Designed for both daily use and social gatherings, the island comfortably seats three while offering generous storage with four large drawers — making it both practical and inviting.

A Harmonious Blend of Colours & Materials

The design stands out through its carefully curated material palette:

• Rich green HDF base cabinets with vertical textures for depth and character
• Beige melamine tall and wall cabinets for a soft, balanced contrast
• Warm wood-textured island to introduce natural warmth
• White quartz stone countertops with subtle marble patterns for a clean, elegant finish

This combination creates a space that feels refined yet welcoming.

Smart Storage with Innovative Features

One of the key highlights of this kitchen is the tall cabinet with pocket door system — allowing the doors to be fully tucked away, revealing a multi-layered storage space for kitchen appliances.

Additional thoughtful features include:

• Swing trays in corner base cabinets for easy access to pots and pans
• Efficient storage planning to keep the space organised and clutter-free

Elevated Details with a Touch of Luxury

A glass wall cabinet with reeded glass and gold framing adds a refined focal point to the kitchen. Paired with integrated LED lighting, it beautifully showcases display items while enhancing the overall ambiance.
