Our 6.35mm to XLR Female Audio Cable is a professional-grade solution designed for pristine signal transmission between unbalanced instruments and balanced audio hardware. Built with high-grade, low-noise components, this cable is engineered to deliver crystal-clear audio for stage performances, studio recordings, and professional PA setups.
High-Grade Low-Noise Construction: Features specialized low-noise shielding to eliminate electromagnetic interference (EMI) and hum, ensuring a pure audio signal even over long distances.
Precision 6.35mm Mono Plug: Equipped with a durable 1/4" (6.35mm) mono male connector featuring a knurled grip for secure handling and easy plugging.
Industrial XLR Female Interface: Features a ruggedized 3-pin XLR female connector with a secure locking latch to prevent accidental disconnection during live use.
Heavy-Duty Metal Strain Relief: The 6.35mm jack is reinforced with a threaded metal boot and internal strain relief to protect the solder joints from physical stress and frequent bending.
Tour-Ready Flexible Jacket: Encased in a thick, matte black PVC jacket that provides superior protection against kinking while remaining flexible enough for clean stage cable runs.
Professional Signal Integrity: Optimized for connecting high-impedance instruments to low-impedance mixer inputs, maintaining full frequency response and tonal clarity.
Connector A: 6.35mm (1/4") Mono Male Jack.
Connector B: 3-Pin XLR Female.
Cable Type: High-Grade Low-Noise Microphone/Instrument Cable.
Housing Material: Durable Die-Cast Metal Alloy.
Jacket Material: Impact-Resistant Flexible PVC.
Live Performance: Connect electric guitars, bass guitars, or keyboards directly to active PA speakers or stage boxes equipped with XLR inputs.
Studio Recording: Link unbalanced output signals from hardware effects units or preamps to professional balanced audio interfaces.
Dynamic Microphone Connection: Ideal for connecting dynamic microphones with an unbalanced 1/4" output to standard mixer channels.
Is this cable balanced or unbalanced? This is an unbalanced cable because it utilizes a mono (TS) 6.35mm jack. It is specifically designed to bridge the gap between standard instrument outputs and professional XLR inputs found on mixers and speakers.
Will this work with phantom power? While the cable will transmit the audio, we do not recommend using it with condenser microphones that require +48V Phantom Power, as the unbalanced 6.35mm end is not designed to carry a phantom charge safely.
Is it durable enough for regular touring? Yes. The knurled metal housing and reinforced internal strain relief are built to withstand the heavy wear and tear of being stepped on, pulled, and coiled repeatedly on stage.
