In a fire, smoke inhalation is the leading cause of casualties. We install high-capacity axial fans designed to "flush" the fire zone.
10 Air Changes Per Hour (ACH): We engineer the system to meet the mandatory 10 ACH rate, rapidly removing toxic gases to maintain a "Clear Layer" (visibility) at the floor level.
High-Temperature Reliability: Our fans utilize Class H motors, certified to operate at 250°C for 2 hours.
To keep escape routes 100% smoke-free, we utilize Positive Pressure.
The Pressure Shield: We pump fresh outdoor air into stairwells to maintain a pressure of 50 Pa. This ensures that when a fire door opens, air blows out, preventing smoke from entering the exit path.
VFD Response: We integrate Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) that automatically ramp up fan speed when doors are opened, maintaining the air curtain effect without over-pressurizing the shaft when doors are closed.

Motorized Fire & Smoke Dampers: Installed at fire-rated wall penetrations, these dampers are interlocked with the Main Fire Alarm Panel (MFAP) to snap shut instantly.
Fire-Rated Ducting: We utilize heavy-gauge or coated ducting (BS 476-24) to ensure the extraction path remains structurally sound under intense heat.
