1. Series Prefix (Shape)

• ZPL = Elbow (ͷ)

• ZPC = Straight Connector (ֱͨ)

2. Tubing Diameter (PU/PE Hose O.D.)

• 04 = 4mm

• 06 = 6mm

• 08 = 8mm

• 10 = 10mm

• 12 = 12mm

3. Thread Size (BSPT / Metric)

• M5 = M5 x 0.8

• 01 = 1/8" (approx. 9.7mm)

In the pneumatic industry, the thread code does not represent the actual measurement in inches. For example, 04 (1/2") thread measures approximately 20mm in diameter. Please verify your port size before ordering.
