Break the limits of standard HDMI cables with the (HE30-10) HDMI to CAT5E/6 Extender. This compact transmitter and receiver pair allows you to send high-quality 4K Ultra HD signals over a single Ethernet cable for distances up to 30 meters (approx. 100ft). Designed for situations where a standard HDMI cable is too short or too bulky to pull through conduits, this extender provides a cost-effective, high-performance solution for home theaters, digital signage, and security monitoring.
Home Cinema & Media Rooms: Keep your source devices (Blu-ray, Media Box) in a hidden cabinet while the TV is mounted 30m away.
Digital Signage & Advertising: Display high-definition promotional content on monitors in retail spaces or lobbies.
Security Monitoring: Extend a NVR/DVR HDMI output to a remote monitor in a guard room or office.
Conference Rooms: Connect a projector on the ceiling to a laptop at the conference table without signal degradation.
Ultra HD 4K/2K Support: Enjoy stunning clarity with support for 4K resolutions, ensuring your video remains sharp even at maximum distance.
Single Cable Technology: Uses just one CAT5E or CAT6 cable (Cat6 recommended) to transmit both high-definition video and audio.
Plug-and-Play Simplicity: No software, drivers, or external power supply (for most setups) required—just connect your cables and go.
Compact & Discreet: The small, black form factor allows the units to be tucked behind TVs or inside mounting brackets easily.
Cost-Effective Long Runs: High-quality long-length HDMI cables are expensive and fragile; Ethernet cables are affordable, durable, and easy to install.
Lossless Transmission: Pure digital transmission ensures no "snow" or flickering, maintaining the original quality of your 4K source.
Space-Saving Design: The pigtail HDMI connectors reduce the strain on your device ports compared to bulky adapters.
Interface: HDMI Male to RJ45 Female
Resolution Support: 4K x 2K, 1080p, 720p
Color: Black
Do I need to use a specific type of Ethernet cable?
For 4K resolution at 30 meters, we strongly recommend using a pure copper CAT6 cable. Using CCA (Copper Clad Aluminum) or lower-grade CAT5E may reduce the maximum distance or resolution.
Does this require an external power adapter?
No. This model is designed to draw power from the HDMI source, making it a "passive" setup that is easier to install in tight spaces.
Will this work with my PS5 or Xbox Series X?
Yes, it supports 4K signals. However, please note it is limited to standard 4K/30Hz or 1080p/60Hz; it does not support 120Hz high-refresh gaming.
