2. Will this work with my internet modem? This device is designed for analog voice calls. If you have an ADSL or VDSL internet connection, we recommend placing this unit after the DSL splitter to avoid any data synchronization issues.

3. Can the other person hear me if they pick up? No. Once the secrecy unit "locks" the extension, the other handset will be completely silent; they will not be able to hear the conversation or speak into it.
