Can I use this to charge the batteries? You can use it to hold the batteries while charging, but you must connect it to a dedicated 3S Li-ion charger. Do not plug it directly into a standard power adapter!
Can I wire it in Parallel instead? By default, these are pre-wired in Series (to increase voltage). If you need Parallel (to increase capacity/runtime), you would need to modify the internal metal bridge connections.
