The E-TOUCH XL dot peen marking gun
WEIGHS LESS THAN 3 kg and has a large marking window. It can mark
HEAVY OR BULKY PARTS while also being mobile.
Nevertheless, its internal metal structure makes it very robust.
In addition, an ergonomic handle and excellent mass balancing make it
VERY EASY TO HANDLE.
The shape of the E-TOUCH XL allows programming with both hands.
The
TOUCH SCREEN is usable with or without gloves, which makes it particularly suitable for use in an industrial environment.
Its full-size viewing window allows the MARKING TO BE PREVIEWED exactly as it will be applied on the piece.
The E-TOUCH XL portable touch screen marking machine uses
DOT PEEN TECHNOLOGY to mark industrial parts. The marking may be
alphanumeric text, a
logo, or a
2D Datamatrix code.
The dot peen technology provides
RELIABLE AND PERMANENT MARKING directly in the material, through a tungsten carbide stylus that strikes a series of dots at a very high rate.
The E-TOUCH XL has an
INTEGRAL E1 CONTROLLER.
The control software allows the controller to programme all the marking parameters through the screen-keyboard interface.
Programming is also possible from a PC.

1D/2D BLUETOOTH BARCODE READER
The 1D/2D barcode reader is used to select marking files and also to enter variable data.
There is a choice of two readers; one only reads 1D codes and the other is multi-function for 1D and 2D codes, capable of reading printing on paper or labels.
The code’s content is entered in the marking file as a variable.
The text read can be marked in full or divided into several parts.
This option ensures a high level of security.
No risk of error due to manual entry.
The data read can be displayed on the SIC controller screen.
The various codes read are Codabar, Code 25 industrial, Code 25 interlaced, Code matrix 25, Code 25 standard, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, Code EAN-8, Code EAN-13, Code UPC-E, Code MSI and Code 11.
The benefits:
- The reader and machine are connected by a radio link and therefore no wiring is required.
- The reader is fully compatible with the entire E1 range.
- The reader is ideal for reading labels, printing on paper, etc.
ATTACHMENT RING + BALANCER
The balancer allows the marking head to be perfectly balanced in all positions.
Its stroke is 2000 mm and its capacity is 3 to 5 kg.
