• Active Ingredient: Tranexamic Acid 100 /mg/mL
• Presentation: Each 5 /mL ampoule contains 500 /mg of tranexamic acid.
• Formulation: Clear, colorless solution for injection.

• Prevention and treatment of hemorrhages due to general or local fibrinolysis in adults and children from one year.
• Specific indications include:
  • Menorrhagia and metrorrhagia
  • Gastrointestinal bleeding
  • Hemorrhagic urinary disorders
  • Ear, nose, and throat surgeries (e.g., dental extractions)
  • Gynecological and obstetric surgeries
  • Thoracic, abdominal, and cardiovascular surgeries
  • Management of hemorrhage due to the administration of a fibrinolytic agent

• Adults:
  • For local fibrinolysis: 500–1000 /mg (5–10 /mL) by slow intravenous injection 2–3 times daily.
  • For general fibrinolysis: 1000 /mg (10 /mL) every 6–8 hours, or up to 15 /mg per kg of body weight.
     
• Children (from 1 year):
  • Dosage based on body weight; administered by slow intravenous injection.
     

• Administer by slow intravenous injection only.
• Do not inject into a muscle.
