Aroma: Pronounced purple and dark berries—think plums, blueberries—with hints of vanilla, cocoa, white pepper, and a touch of meaty spice.

Palate: Full-bodied yet elegant—smooth, rich, and balanced. Flavour layers include ripe/dried plum, blackberry, spicy pepper, and leather/mineral undertones. Tannins are ripe and integrated, acidity vibrant enough to give lift.

Finish: Lingering and structured, with spicy cocoa, mineral nuances, and clean, dry persistence
