Financial Benefits

Details

The Taylor's University Excellence Award is designed to support academically gifted students pursuing a degree in the Health and Medical Sciences, enabling them to achieve their educational and career aspirations with reduced financial burden.

Criteria

This award is exclusively for students enrolled in full-time degree programmes.

Applicable Programmes (Group 1):

  • Bachelor of Applied Health Sciences (Honours)
  • Bachelor of Food Science (Honours)
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy with Honours

≥ CGPA 3.70 5 pts ≥ CGPA 3.90 AAA ≥ 90 ≥ 33 Up to RM 13,000/ year
≥ CGPA 3.50 6  12 pts ≥ CGPA 3.70 AAB ≥ 80 ≥ 29 Up to RM 8,000/ year
≥ CGPA 3.30 13  18 pts ≥ CGPA 3.50 ABB/AAC ≥ 70 ≥ 25 Up to RM 5,000/ year

Highest: Up to RM 13,000/year (STPM ≥ 3.70, UEC 5 pts, A-Level AAA, IB ≥ 33, etc.)
Medium: Up to RM 8,000/year (STPM ≥ 3.50, UEC 6-12 pts, A-Level AAB, IB ≥ 29, etc.)
Basic: Up to RM 5,000/year (STPM ≥ 3.30, UEC 13-18 pts, A-Level ABB/AAC, IB ≥ 25, etc.)

  • This scholarship is awarded based on academic merit to recognize and support outstanding students.
  • Successful applicants are eligible for only one form of financial aid from Taylor's University/College, excluding loans. This policy applies regardless of the funding source.
