Darda Special Lubricant

1. Joint – horizontal and vertical operation
Connected to carrier via upper mounting plate. Its alignment is not influenced by gravity.
Precise definition of the splitting direction and the splitting course possible due to hydr.
rotary drive. Only one machine operator required.

2. 360° rotary drive
Easy positioning and setting of the splitting direction and the course of the splitting.

3. Internal pressure booster,
Full splitting force independent of the input pressure of the carrier thus always guaranteed.

4. Integrated, automatic wedge lubrication system.

Lubrication system and shut-off device guarantee lifetime and cost savings.
Factory setting allows 80 – 100 splits per filling. Lubricant quantity adjustable.
Ready for use again in the shortest possible time due to cartridge filling via rechargeable battery refill pump.

5. Length splitting insert selectable
Two possible lengths can be selected depending on the type of rock and rock composition.

6. Specially developed hardening process
Hard metal layer of the counter wedges enables the transmission of the very high forces
and provides long-lasting protection against corrosion, seizure and wear.
