Treatment of essential hypertension (high blood pressure)
Mild to moderate chronic heart failure (CHF) in patients aged 70 or older
Take 1 tablet (5 mg) once daily, preferably at the same time each day
Can be taken with or without food
Do not discontinue suddenly without consulting your doctor
