Sourdough is an old form of bread leavening. It relies on a mix of wild yeast and lactic acid bacteria that are naturally present in flour, rather than baker's yeast.to leaven the dough.Sourdough has a few special properties that make it more nutritious. 	A basic and complete hands on sourdough workshop that you have been looking forward!
	You will learn: 
	1. Sourdough Starter  ( Hands On)
	2. Sourdough Baking ( Demo, scoring)
	3. Sourdough Bread Making ( Hands on)
	4. Focaccia ( Demo)
	5. Bakers' Percentage for variance flour ratio
	 
	*Bring home 
	1 full set recipe 
	1 bread dough
	1 starter
	1 organic probiotic drink
	sourdough bread and focaccia tasting + coffee
	 
	Date: 9th Jan Sat
	Time: 2pm -6pm

	Things to bring: 
	1  1 x A4 size transparent plastic container.
	2. 1 x small jar ( 3 oz) , sterilised clean and dry jar for starter during workshop.
