Explore the MSO8000 Series Digital Oscilloscopes
Excellent bandwidth and sampling rate
The MSO8000 series digital oscilloscopes offer you a maximum analog bandwidth of 2 GHz and a sampling rate of 10 GSa/s. Low-bandwidth models can have their bandwidth upgraded to 2 GHz (single-channel and half-channel modes) at any time via software, ensuring that you have higher signal fidelity and a resolution as low as 100 ps (up to 2 ps at the smallest time base) to view tiny waveform details.
12-bit vertical resolution
12-bit resolution (212=4096) to see the most signal detail
Jitter analysis supporting diversified display
Through the jitter analysis function of the oscilloscope, multiple consecutive bits can be measured and statistically analyzed at once, efficiently completing the jitter analysis of large amounts of data.
The capture rate is as high as 600 kwfms/s
With a waveform capture rate of up to 600,000 wfms/s, the dead time can be reduced, making it easier to detect glitches and other sporadic events in the signal, thus greatly improving the debugging efficiency of engineers.
Full memory hardware measurement
No longer limited to the waveform effects visible on the screen, it can still accurately obtain results for multi-cycle high-frequency signal testing.
500Mpts deep storage, up to 450,000 frames of hardware waveform recording
The MSO8000 series comes standard with a memory depth of 500 Mpts. The hardware waveform recording function uses segmented storage technology, which can selectively capture and store the signals that users are concerned about by setting trigger conditions and mark the time on the signals. This not only ensures the efficiency of capture but also further extends the total time for waveform observation.

2 GHz Performance for Advanced and Serial Analysis Applications
..Category Leading Performance for today's most complex embedded debug challenges。Characterize and Debug Communication Links with integrated Jitter and Real-Time Eye Diagram Solutions 10GSa/sec max Sample Rate 500MPts max Record length >600,000 wf/sec Waveform Capture Rate Jitter and Eye Analysis Option Powerful Search and Mark Capabilities
Economical and Practical Eye Diagram Pretest
..Eye diagram measurement with an oscilloscope can help users visually display the transmission quality of digital signals, thereby understanding the strength of crosstalk between codes in the system, and making improvements in system design. For those who often need to verify the quality of digital signals, the MSO8000 digital oscilloscope with eye diagram function is your wise choice.
Support for Dither Analysis of Diverse Displays
..The MSO8000 Series with the MSO8000-JITTER option enables Jitter and Real-Time Eye analysis. Debug subtle timing effects in your high speed clock and digital data lines by visualizing error sources with the eye diagram, histogram, and jitter trend. Combine these visualization tools with direct measurements of the most common jitter and eye parameters.
Full Memory Hardware Measurement
..No longer limited to the waveform effects visible on the screen, the results can still be accurately obtained for multi-cycle high-frequency signal testing.
Trigger, decode, and visualize serial bus traffic to speed analysis and debug of Embedded Serial Bus designs
..The MSO8000 Series provides decoding on up to 4 serial buses simultaneously. The MSO8000 provides the option of viewing traffic in a comprehensive event table. Choose from our expanded bus list including RS232/UART, I2C, SPI, LIN, CAN, FlexRay, I2S, and MIL-STD-1553. Add to that search and mark capabilities for the most common serial buses to debug systems quickly and easily.
Minimize scope “dead time” between trigger events and increases observations of random and sporadic events.
..Faster capture times reduce the time it takes to visualize these transient effects. Most of the scope’s capabilities can be used without sacrificing waveform capture rate performance. This enables detailed analysis with high signal fidelity.
Find elusive problems in complex digital streams with long acquisitions at high sample rates
..The MSO8000 provides up to 500 Mpt record lengths while making it easier than ever to utilize these samples. The MSO8000 provides complete search navigation and wave recording capabilities to harness the value of our deeper memory.
