2026 China Smart Industry Trade Exhibition Grandly Opens in Kuala Lumpur

KUALA LUMPUR – The 2026 China Smart Industry Trade Exhibition (CSITE) was successfully held in Kuala Lumpur on May 15, 2026.
 
Distinguished guests in attendance included YB Teo Nie Ching, Deputy Minister of Communications of Malaysia, Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia Ouyang Yujing, and Datuk Keith Li, President of the Malaysia-China Entrepreneurs Association (PUCM), together with guests from all walks of life.
 
In his speech, Datuk Keith Li pointed out that the 2026 CSITE has evolved into a core pivotal platform linking China’s technological innovation achievements with Malaysia’s vast market opportunities. The event keeps serving as a vital bridge to deepen practical exchanges and pragmatic cooperation between Chinese and Malaysian business communities.
 
“China takes a leading position in artificial intelligence and cutting-edge technological innovation, while Malaysia boasts sound industrial foundations and huge development potential in the smart industry sector. Complementary advantages between the two nations will surely drive win-win cooperation and deliver more fruitful collaborative results,” he remarked.
 
Marking its sixth consecutive edition, this influential cross-border technological exchange event is hosted by the Malaysia-China Entrepreneurs Association. This year’s exhibition gathered over 50 outstanding enterprises from China and Malaysia, attracting more than 200 distinguished representatives from political circles, business sectors, tech institutions and leading enterprises to attend exchanges and in-depth discussions.
