We believe that building great things starts with building strong connections. That’s why we make time to step away from work and come together as a team; to celebrate, reconnect, and simply enjoy being around one another.
Our recent team-building at Bertam Resort & Water Park, Penang was all about that. We shared a meal together, spent time at the water park, and enjoyed moments that felt easy and natural. No pressure, no work talk. Just laughter, conversations, and the kind of bonding that happens when people are fully present.
These moments matter. They help us reset, strengthen relationships, and remind us that behind every project and deadline is a team of people moving in the same direction. Spending time together outside the workplace allows us to reconnect on a human level and return to work feeling closer and more energised.
As we look back on 2025, we’re grateful for every member of the D3 Innovation family who continues to be part of this journey. This gathering was our way of saying thank you and to celebrate the people who show up, support one another, and move forward together. As our team grows, so does our energy, creativity, and sense of belonging. More people, more perspectives, more memories. The more, the merrier !
