3M Scotch-Weld EPX (Exact Proportioning and mixing) manual applicators make dispensing our two-component 3M Scotch-Weld Structural Adhesives clean, easy and with minimal waste. Manual hand motion drives the dual pistons directly into the Duo-Pak cartridge, applying equal pressure and feeding the two components of the adhesive directly into the mixing nozzle (sold separately). These manual applicators offer take-it-to-the job, on-site convenience.

3M EPX II Apllicators come with plungers to mix the adhesive to the correct ratios, plunger sizes are – 10:1 & 2:1 mixing ratios.

Scotchweld Adhesives designed for each plunger are;

• 10:1 ratio (45ml size adhesives), for use with – DP8005, DP8805NS & DP8410NS
• 2:1 ratio (37ml size adhesives), for use with adhesives.
