Key Features

Stable Mechanical Structure

  • The single-sided overhead moving bridge structure reduces moving mass and brings the drive closer to the moving center of mass, minimizing Abbe error while improving motion performance and long-term accuracy stability.
  • High-rigid, high-performance air-bearing guides eliminate friction and wear. The three-axis enveloping structure together with an air-bearing pressure monitor effectively ensures excellent stability.
  • Ultra-low thermal expansion scales on all three axes minimize temperature effects and provide highly accurate measurement performance.

Application of New Materials

Key structural parts are manufactured from high-precision silicon carbide ceramics, providing higher rigidity, lower thermal expansion, and lighter moving mass. This significantly improves measuring accuracy, operating performance, and long-term reliability.

Enhanced Safety Protection

The Z-axis is protected by both the pneumatic balancing cylinder logic and a dedicated hardware hold-up mechanism, ensuring the safety of the detection system during emergency situations.
