Alcohol probe FS00700B is a semiconductor gas sensor that uses precise automated production and testing equipment to reduce human interference. It ensures accurate and consistent data, even during large-scale production. Semiconductor oxide alcohol level sensor is particularly suitable for portable product applications due to its small design and easy integration.
The gas-sensitive material used in gas sensors is a semiconductor material with low conductivity in clean air, with an embedded heating wire and metal electrode. When alcohol vapors are present in the sensor’s environment, the conductance of the sensor rises. And the amount of change in conductance increases with the concentration of alcohol gas. By the amount of change in conductance, alcohol gas sensor can sense the concentration of alcohol in the air.
