Nippon Paint 8000 Expresskote Sealer is a high-performance water-based sealer specifically formulated for use on new interior and exterior masonry surfaces. This advanced sealer is engineered to allow for faster painting schedules, as it can be applied onto freshly plastered walls after only 3 days of drying, compared to the standard 28 days required for conventional sealers. It provides excellent alkaline and efflorescence resistance, protecting the topcoat from discoloration and salt formation. Its superior adhesion and breathable film allow moisture to escape from the substrate without damaging the paint film. As a "Green Choice" product, it is low in VOC and low in odor, making it safe for both applicators and the environment.
