What’s Inside the Box? (Game Components)
Food Cards: Including Carbohydrates (Grains/Tubers), Proteins, Milk & Dairy, Vegetables, Fruits, and Water.
Action Cards: Point Cards, Event Cards, and Ability Cards.
Game Equipment: 1 Game Board, Game Tokens (Pawns), and an Instruction Manual.
How to Play
Objective: Move your token to the finish line of its corresponding food group to complete your balanced meal goal.
Setup: 2–4 players join and select a daily Calorie Goal.
Gameplay: Each turn, players draw 2 cards and can choose from 3 actions:
Exchange Point Cards for Food Cards.
Move their game tokens.
Use Event or Ability Cards to gain an advantage.
Winning: The first player to complete all 6 food categories (based on their chosen calorie goal) is crowned the Portion Master!
