Emotional Intelligence At Work
Introduction
In challenging times, every member of staff needs to step up and play a proactive role in innovative problem solving. This program is designed to provide practical and proven skills and strategies that can be immediately applied to increase participants’ abilities in analysing situations, identify root causes, prioritize and focus, generate creative solutions and make good decisions. Participants will also gain an appreciation of the need for empathy, analysing stakeholders and get buy-in from various parties to ensure their solutions can be effectively and efficiently implemented.
