How to use discounts and promotion for order processing in ITG Software.
Step 1: Open the back-end ITG software. Enter the discount and promotion types you offer, such as Bill Discount 10%, Milk Tea Discount 50%, or Retail Discount 50%.
If you are unfamiliar with this, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Step 2: Log in to the ITG Software on your desktop and navigate to Table Services. Enter the number of pax for each table. Enter the customer order menu.
Step 3: To apply a discount or promotion to the bill, click the "Add Disc" icon located in the right-side column. Then, select the discount or promotion you wish to use.
Step 4: The price will be automatically adjusted based on the discount or promotion you select. You will be able to view the subtotal and the discount amount displayed on the screen.
