Suitable for welding duplex stainless steel with 22% Cr, such as UNS S31803 (Alloy 2205)

• Weld metal is duplex stainless steel with 22%Cr-9%Ni-3%Mo-0.1%N.
• Higher strength and excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking.
• Suitable for welding duplex stainless steel with 22% Cr, such as UNS S31803 (Alloy 2205)

Welding Position


Welding Instruction

• Use Ar+1~2%O2 for spray transfer and Ar+1~2%CO2 for short-circuit transfer.
• For other instructions, please refer to Appendix B and F
