The GM-B2100D-1A includes Bluetooth mobile link functionality that connects to the CASIO WATCHES smartphone app for automatic time adjustment and other settings. The watch is solar-powered with Tough Solar technology. Its battery life is approximately 7 months with normal use after a full charge and 18 months in total darkness with the power save function enabled, which blanks the display in the dark to conserve energy. It features a double LED light with Super Illuminator for the face and digital display, with selectable illumination durations.
Timekeeping features include world time for 38 time zones with city name display and automatic summer time switching, along with a hand shift feature to clear the view of the digital display. The accuracy is ±15 seconds per month without the mobile link function.
