The D-233-2 is a photoelectric smoke detector manufactured by DEMCO, designed for use in fire alarm systems in commercial, institutional or larger installations. The photoelectric sensing chamber with pulsing LED and photo-diode at an obtuse angle - particularly effective for detecting smoke from slow-burning / smouldering fires.
