Continental UltraContact UC6 Passenger Car Tyres

The Continental UltraContact UC6 is a series of 15” to 20” passenger car radial (PCR) tyres from Continental’s Generation 6 product lineup with the latest evolution in cutting-edge German technology aimed at enhancing driving safety, mileage and comfort.  

Developed specially for Asia Pacific markets, the UltraContact UC6 is distributed by Sunlun Distribution in Sarawak, East Malaysia and provides suitable tyre fitments for a wide range of vehicle models from Perodua, Proton, Toyota, Honda, Nissan and many more.  

Wet Handling
The UltraContact UC6 combines Aqua Channel surface sipes and Aqua Drainage elements to improve water evacuation from the tread pattern during road contact and reduce the dangers of aquaplaning in wet conditions.  

Braking Performance
The UltraContact UC6’s tread design features Diamond Edge with chamfered angle that distributes braking forces more evenly to maximize road contact as well as disperse water away from tread blocks on wet roads.    

Longer Mileage
The UltraContact UC6’s new adaptive Diamond Blend Compound combines short grip polymers that produce high grip during cornering or braking, and long mileage polymers that connect strongly to ensure better mileage.

Lower Noise
The UltraContact UC6’s latest Noise Breaker 2.0 elements within the tread grooves further improve the ability to disrupt soundwaves travelling through the grooves and effectively reduce noise emission for a quieter, comfortable ride.
