It maintains pleat shape, prevents fluttering during operation, minimizes resistance, and enhances dirt-loading capacity for the filter's entire lifespan.
100% Adhesive Application - Ensuring Filter Integrity: The die-cut frame is fully coated with adhesive to create a strong bond at all contact points. The die-cut boxes are securely bonded together, sealing the media pack inside the frame and attaching the pleat tips to the diagonal support members.
Two-Piece Frame Construction: The double-wall thickness and integral die-cut members provide exceptional strength and rigidity, ensuring PESP filters remain stable without racking, warping, or bending during normal handling or operation. .
