Filtration Process
Water flows in through the inlet, fully filling the interior of the filter screen and drain chamber while the drain valve remains closed. The water then passes through the filter screen from the inside to the outside. The filtered water exits through the outlet. During the filtration process, the inlet pressure (bottom) gradually increases, while the outlet pressure (top) decreases. When the differential pressure between the inlet and outlet reaches 2 bar, or when the timer reaches the preset duration, the cleaning process will begin.
Cleaning Process
When the drain valve opens, foreign particles inside the filter screen and drain chamber are flushed out through the drain valve. A few seconds later, the motor is activated via the speed reducer unit, causing the stainless-steel brush to rotate along the internal surface of the filter screen. During this process, any foreign particles adhering to the inner part of the screen are brushed off and flushed out through the drain valve.
Filtration Process Again
Upon completion of the 60-second cleaning process, the brushing motor stops, the drain valve closes, and the filtration process resumes.
