Pour the product into the mix and dissolve stirring well. Let it stand for about 10 minutes then freeze. For fruit flavoured yoghurt gelato it is suggested to enrich the mix with fresh or frozen fruit.
Suitable to arrange yoghurt taste into ice-cream shops.
In pastry it can be used into semifreddo, desserts, mousse, etc.
