This machine consists of an automatic feed and the right-angled stations for closing the bag. This station contains several components: a sealing unit for filled plastic bags and a folding and closing station for the creation of a compartment bag ruffle.
Various products such as whole loaves or sliced loaves of bread are automatically filled in prefabricated bags and placed on the product takeaway belt set at an angle of inclination of 20 degrees.
A special device creates a uniform arrangement of the ruffle which is fixed by an additional closure. The final result is a perfectly bagged, proper closed premium-quality package.
