Brief Instruction:

Volumetric Flask also known as measuring flask. It is a pear-shaped long neck flat bottom glass flask which used for precise dilutions and preparation of standard solutions. The flask mouth are normally furnished with a plasitc or glass snap cap. For measure volume, volumetric flask are much more accurate and precise than measuring cylinder.

A lower standard (Class B) volumetric flask is basically used for qualitative or educational work.
