Precision Cone and Plate Viscometer for Moderate to High Shear Testing

CAP2000+ Viscometer from Brookfield is a versatile instrument designed to handle a wide range of viscosity measurements under moderate to high shear conditions. With its expanded temperature and viscosity ranges, as well as variable speed capability, the CAP2000+ is ideal for both research and development (R&D) and detailed quality control (QC) testing.

• User-Friendly Interface:
  The instrument features a keypad for direct input of test parameters and an easy-to-use control handle for accurate, automatic cone positioning.

The CAP2000+ Viscometer is designed to accommodate a wide range of applications, particularly where small sample volumes and precise control are essential. It is suitable for:

• Medium Viscosity Materials:
  Such as adhesives (hot melt), architectural coatings, autocoats, creams, food products, gels, inks (screen printing), industrial coatings, paints, resins, and UV coatings.
   
• High Viscosity Materials:
  Including adhesives, asphalt, chocolate, composite polymers, epoxies, and gels.

Capcalc Software (Optional):

Enhance your CAP2000+ Viscometer by automating data capture and control. Capcalc allows for powerful scripting capabilities, looping functions for repetitive tasks, and math modeling for yield stress calculations and plastic index. Easily plot up to four data sets for comparison and analysis.
