It is mainly used for testing the strength of various precision coil springs and elastic elements. Specifically, it measures the test force of the spring under a certain amount of deformation or determines the test force at a specified height.
The machine can be customized to meet various testing requirements based on user needs.

Hardware:

Main Unit:
Utilizes a single-arm, three-column structure. The main frame is analyzed using finite element mechanics to ensure sufficient rigidity and strength. The transmission system adopts a zero-backlash ball screw pair to ensure accuracy and durability of test results. The main frame is guided by guide columns to further guarantee rigidity.

High-speed plate alignment function:
The upper compression plate automatically aligns with the lower one at a speed of 300 mm/min, then automatically sets the displacement to zero—defining the lower plate as the zero point. The system then retracts to 50 mm above the lower plate and stops. This improves accuracy and reduces operator error in manual alignment.

Limit switches at both tensile and compression extremes prevent misoperation.
