Instructions for Use:
- Power Supply Connection: Connect the input voltage between 18V and 35V to the input pin. Ensure proper polarity.
- Ground Connection: Connect the ground pin directly to the common ground of your circuit.
- Output Connection: The output pin provides a regulated 15V. Connect this to the load or next stage of your circuit.
- Heat Sinking: Given the potential power dissipation, especially at higher currents, ensure adequate heat sinking is provided.
- Capacitors: For stability, place a 0.33μF capacitor from input to ground and a 0.1μF capacitor from output to ground close to the device.
- Mounting: Mount in a well-ventilated area to help with heat dissipation.
- Overcurrent Protection: The device includes internal short-circuit current limiting and thermal overload protection. However, design your system to avoid these conditions as they can reduce component life.
