As specialists in the HMI range market, we have developed an outdoor HMI

We have developed a sunlight readable screen that is resistant to extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.

With an enhanced information display unit and improved operability, this product is suitable for multiple applications under harsh environmental conditions including use in special purpose vehicles such as fire trucks and construction equipment; parking lots and gas stations; and the oil and gas industry.

Features:
A. Sunlight Readable
1. High brightness liquid crystal panel

Equipped with a high brightness liquid panel (1000 cd/m² (Typ)*)

2. Anti-glare

Improved visibility in sunlight by decreasing glare.

3. High-transmittance design

Improve transmissivity by eliminating the plastic cover on the liquid crystal display and replacing it with a glass touchscreen.

B. Robustness
UV Protection

Improve UV protection by replacing plastic components that are exposed to sunlight with metal or glass.
The liquid crystal display and touch panel components cut UV rays by 99% (380nm).
Reduced ultraviolet deterioration of the bezel, liquid crystal components, and touch panel.

2. Full Coating

Improve the longevity of the product even when used in outdoor environments with dust and extreme temperatures by adding coating on the circuit boards, LCD, and power source components.

C. Environment Resistance
1. Sufficient against Vibration/Shock

We do apply IEC60068-2-6 or IEC60068-2-27 in stead of IEC61131-2 test which is typically used for factory automation devices. Because they are more suitable for earth moving machines, or generators or compressors which use engines to operate machines

Expanded the range of the Ambient Operating Temperature to -22! to 158! (-30℃ to 70℃).
Can be used in outodoor environments without the need for anti-frost heaters or fans and cooling systems.

3. Dust and waterproof

Compatible with IP66F, IP67F, Type 4X (indoor and outdoor use) allowing for use in harsh outdoor conditions.

4. Compatible with DC12V

Compatibility with DC12 to 24V (10.8-28.8V) allows for special-purpose vehicles, engines, and generators suitable for voltage drops and specific applications.

5. Explosion-proof
Meets various standards such as being explosion-proof.

6. Harsh environment model

Harsh Environment models are designed to use HMI in a highly corrosive environment.Support Corrosive gases: Class 3C3 under IEC/EN 60721-3-3 standard

D. Maintainability
1. Modular structure that is easy to maintain

The display and box can be separated allowing for the exposed display to be replaced.
The box is designed with the application installed and can be used as is, enabling work to be done quickly and easily by exchanging components (a PC is not necessary for the transfer).

2. Exchangeable system card

When exchanging the box, the SD card containing the application can be removed and inserted into a new box allowing for quick and easy transfers (a PC is not necessary for the transfer).

3. Battery-less

There is no battery which eliminates the need for replacement.

GP-Pro EX has an extensive variety of functions for designing beautiful, realistic screens.

For Power Box, display a registered start screen (image) from when the power is turned on until when the initial base screen is displayed.
