Description

Boskim Base is a based coat cementitious filling and levelling plaster for concrete surfaces. It is used as a thin plaster for levelling and finishing the uneven surfaces.
Boskim Base consists of finely crushed white marble/ dolomite, cement, fine graded silica sand aggregates and Boskim aid which consist of alkali resistant additives. Recommended thickness is 2mm to 4mm.
After application of Boskim Base, the surfaces shall be applied with Boskim Finish in order to achieve a smooth and flat finishes. Refer Boskim Finish TDS for further details.

Recommended Uses

Can be used on vertical, overhead and non-traffic bearing horizontal surfaces.
Can be applied to precast and formed concrete, regular and lightweight block, brick, stone, stucco, granite, and other concrete and masonry surfaces.
Typical applications are bridges, parapets, parking garages, tunnels, silos, basements, and building walls.
It may be used on interior or exterior, above or below grade applications. Use as an alternative for rubbing of concrete surfaces to hide defects and blemishes in architectural concrete.
