BESTEM-D02

NEC / CANON Bestem-D02 is a state-of-the-art die attacher machine designed for the automated tagging of circuit boards and other components. It is a compact, all-in-one machine that incorporates both an ultrasonic die bonder and a precision wire feeder in one package. NEC Bestem-D02 is equipped with a high-resolution vision system, allowing for automated positioning and tagging of components. The die bonder is powered by an ultrasonic oscillator, providing a strong and reliable bonding process. An adjustable pressure plate ensures consistency in the press-fit force of each die. The wire feeder is equipped with a low-profile, two-axis robot arm allowing for precise placement of wires from 3mm to 5mm in diameter.
